We are looking for the following qualifications: (Note: this is a guideline only. We’d still love to hear from you if you have some of these qualifications or complementary qualification that we may be interested in)

1. 5 years or more in manufacturing as a Quality practitioner
2. 10 years or more in a manufacturing industry of any kind. Ideally in heavy manufacturing such as automotive and aerospace.
3. Certified CQE or equivalent in experience.
4. Certifications as an auditor or lead auditor for ISO 9001, 13485, AS9100, IATF 16949. Core Tools
5. Practical experience in root cause analysis, 8D methodology, APQP, PPAP,
6. Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt)
7. Engineering degree of any kind.
8. Critical thinking expertise
9. Strong communicator verbal and Written (any language)
10. Excellent team player
11. Excellent Motivator
12. Excellent ability to work with diverse people.
13. Good understanding and practical use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
14. Able to travel and live away from home for a few weeks at a time.
15. Able to secure a TN visa in order to work cross border.
